Shipping: etcetera by Keri strives to fulfill orders and ship in-stock items in 1-3 business days from payment confirmation of the order. Large, weekend, holiday, or custom orders may require additional time. Customers will receive an email with tracking information for their order. Local customers have the option to pick up their order instead of having it shipped.

Return Policy: etcetera by Keri wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. Refunds of purchases that have not been custom orders will be given within 10 days of receipt of the returned item(s). Item(s) must be in original condition as when shipped. Original shipping fees are not refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
